Today we are sharing the fun and amazing wedding video of Cassie & Leland! Gathered with friends and family at Splash Kingdom in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Cassie and Leland had a wedding perfectly catered to their fun personalities! Eating Yum’s the Word catering and homemade desserts and dancing the night away the to amazing band Four Star Daydream. We both work for Norwegian Cruise Lines- Cassie is a Stage Manager and Leland is an audio technician. We were working on board the Norwegian Sun when we met almost 2 years ago. We were working together and flirting in close quarters for about 2 months before Leland finally got up the nerve to make any moves. We finished that contract together, and then spent our next 6 month cruise ship contract apart- Leland was in Europe and Cassie was in Alaska. We were able to get on the same ship for our last contract, which we just finished in May. During our first contract together, we created a Christmas show onboard- and I think that really brought us together quicker. We recently got PADI certified and have enjoyed scuba diving around the Caribbean together. Our favorite Caribbean port is Roatan, Hondurus- where we had our first real date together. The first time we ever kissed, there had been a few people over hanging out in Cassie’s cabin (Leland included). We had been flirting all night long. Everyone went to leave the cabin and Leland was the last one out. Cassie walked him to the door and after he walked out, he turned back around and kissed her by surprise. Fast forward to exactly one year later, we were on a different ship and headed out to meet some friends for drinks. As we walked out the door, Leland stopped and turned around and got down on knee and proposed!
