Another month of the year has come and gone! Usually October is my most favorite month, but this year I am yearning for Christmastime! The countdown is on and as soon as 11/1 hits I am turning up the Christmas music! I have been baking like crazy lately (I know my waistline will thank me for that lol). We had a great month and one of the highlights was a family trip to Maze Craze in Hallsboro, NC. Our homeschool group CHEW, Christian Home Educators of Wilmington, had the maze to ourselves, the weather was perfect and we had a blast! I am so thankful for this challenge, one again helping me capture the wonderful memories and getting to be in front of the camera for once!

We love navigating the maze and letting Nigel be our leader and map reader. He loved trying to hide in the corn. Berlin prefered to sit in the wagon, being pulled by daddy, and eating Doritos lol. We stopped for a picknick in the center and then contiuned on. We rode on a hayride, made our own butter, raced ducks and best of all had a jumpy ball battle.
